How much do mailing lists cost?
Mailing lists are per-complex (regardless of the number of units).
Pricing is as follows:
1-4 lists $119 each
5-10 lists $99 each (17% savings per list)
11+ lists $89 each (25% savings per list)

Are lists exclusive (sold once)?
No, for the fact that we have clients from all different industries ordering lists and some clients purchase the lists and never use them. Mailing addresses are public information.
If I give you a zip code, can you provide all of the complexes in that particular zip code?
No, we create the lists when they are ordered and we do not maintain lists of all complexes within any particular area (i.e. city, zip code or county). We create lists by the name of the apartment complex so we can provide the exact number of units. Check out the free research tips on this site the websites provided will give you information like range of rent, number of units, etc. for the majority of complexes.
Do you have the list for XYZ Apartment Complex?
We research and create each list individually after they are purchased. We do not have them pre-made.
How long does it take to get my list?
It takes an average of 10 working days, but most are delivered sooner than that.
What if you can’t get accurate addresses for the complex I choose?
It does not happen very often, however if we don’t feel we can create an accurate list for you, we won’t send bogus information or a partial list. We will contact you to discuss the options…including research on your end, an alternate list or a refund.
Does the list include postal barcodes?
No, you will have to talk to the United States Postal Service on how to add barcodes to your labels.
I’m not sure if I want the list in Word or Excel format. What do you suggest?
We generally recommend Excel if you are not sure because most places that will print the labels for you prefer Excel and if you need to change formats, you can take information from Excel to create a Word document (such as labels), but you can’t take information from a Word document and convert it into an Excel document.
Does the list include email addresses, phone numbers or the renter’s names?
No, our lists are not “renter specific”…you can either choose “Future Home Owner” or “To Our Neighbor” for the first line of the address (if you are a real estate agent or loan officer). For other companies, we can help you create a generic title. We have found these headings to have better deliver success than “Resident” or “Occupant”.

Do you print the postcards?
No we do not. When you purchase the Basic or Complete Apartment Complex Marketing Kit you receive the postcard templates, which you can “tweak” to include your contact information. Then you can print them yourself or have someone print them for you.
Does the Complete Apartment Complex Marketing Kit (everything but the kitchen sink) include mailing lists?
No, the mailing lists are a separate purchase from all marketing systems we have for sale.
Are the postcards in color?
No, they are in black and white templates (Word documents). We recommend you get them printed on a goldenrod colored cardstock.
